I am trained in a range of counselling methods. These include Psychodrama, Rogerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Psychotherapy and Process Oriented Psychology. All methods support the client to develop more self-awareness. When there is more awareness with how, why, and when the problem presents, there is sufficient information to begin to engage in a change process.

My primary models support the belief that no matter how the issues present, perhaps as a relationship issue, body symptoms, health symptoms, inner turmoil, work problems, depression, there is something meaningful and useful in the disturbance, if we bring curiosity and openness, to the problem, then it’s possible to bring something new and transformative out of that problem. We then use that information as a guide towards change, growth and an enriched life/relationship.
