I am a compassionate, non-judgmental person who is motivated in helping people find solutions to their challenges and achieve their goals. I know that reaching out can be difficult and takes a lot of courage. As a qualified counsellor I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment where you can begin to explore those life challenges. You may be feeling lost and overwhelmed and that life is just passing you by. My counselling approach is eclectic, as I am guided by your needs and who you are.

I use a variety of approaches that include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt therapies and incorporating Attachment Theory and the latest from neuroscience.
