Doctor of Applied Psychology providing individual and group psychology services. 15 years’ experience helping people from all backgrounds to identify and manage common mental health issues, such as depression and anxiety, and to work through challenges and important decisions in relationships and working life.

My goal is to help my clients to clarify personal purpose, to connect to strengths and identity, and to live and perform with impact and meaning. I draw primarily on acceptance and mindfulness-based therapies especially Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I am a certified Mindfulness teacher from UCSD medical school and have taught mindfulness meditation in high performance settings over the last 10 years.
