About

I am a client focused practitioner who draws from an eclectic model of therapeutic interventions.
Most recently studying in psychodynamic psychotherapy to support my work with children and adolescents, I also use neurobiology, attachment theory and cognitive behavioural models to inform my work in supporting a change to the outcomes my clients are looking for.
Raising the next generation in an ever increasingly complex context isn’t easy. To support parents in their role I facilitate the convergence of their own knowledge and life wisdom along with my own. A very real challenge for parents can be our own upbringing and life experiences.
