Registered Psychologist with 30 years counselling experience in Australia and NZ. Use of positive psychology research and practical strategies to help people move forwards and progress through difficulties. Focus is on the person’s existing and potential resilience. Client-centred approach with easy accessible strategies to use in between sessions.

Use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods; use of narrative therapy in a real and strengths-based manner for positive outcomes for individuals, couples and children’s’ narratives in a real and strengths-based manner for positive outcomes: clients feel, look and sound better and report ‘living and functioning better’ including improvements to their daily lives in the areas of improved sleep, concentration, appetite, mood and connection with others.
