Kia ora. I am an experienced counsellor who believes that it is important to walk alongside my clients so that they facilitate their own change leading to self-growth, empowerment and overall improved wellbeing.

I have worked in the public sector for over 25 years and I enjoy working with people from all walks of life.

I work from the modalities of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), underpinned by my formative training in person-centred counselling.
