Fiona is a counsellor with over twenty years of experience. She is a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors and works with adults, family members and couples of all cultures. She received her Masters in Counselling degree from the University of Waikato.
Fiona has been noted for her genuine warmth and care and her ability to gain good insight into the difficulties you may be encountering. You will find that her knowledge, skills and expertise assist you in finding a path through those difficulties.
Fiona is skilled in the following therapies: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, ACT therapy and Narrative Therapy.
She has three adult children and a number of grandchildren she loves to spend time with. She also loves tramping, gardening, church activities and many cultural activities
