I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with adolescents and adults. I have worked across both the public mental health sector and the private sector for over ten years in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
I utilise evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to address a wide variety of concerns including maternal mental health, anxiety, OCD, depression/low mood, PTSD, stressful life events, self-worth and self-identity.
I believe in using a warm, compassionate and client-centred approach, working in a collaborative manner with people to enable positive outcomes.
