About

I am a registered psychologist practicing within the General Scope and have spent over twenty years specialising in workplace psychology with particular focus on occupation health, performance, leadership, and conflict issues.

My early career with the NZ police as a psychologist gave me exposure to critical incident stress, trauma, and the challenges of managing both organisational and individual needs within highly complex and demanding environments involving high risk and embedded systematic stressors.

Since leaving the police in 2002 I have been in private practice working with clients from a broad range of organisations, large and small, tending towards those in significant leadership roles.
