About

Tēnā koe, I am a registered psychologist and mediator passionate about partnering with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan to enhance their well-being and to find sustainable solutions to a wide range of concerns. My practice is collaborative, empathetic, and evidence-based.

I use an integrative approach that draws on a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) as well as creative and somatic modalities. Psycho-educational and coaching practices may also be used.

Together, we develop the insight and skills to help you manage and work through the problems you are experiencing. You will be listened to sincerely and supported in developing greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and targeted change.
