I offer relaxed, friendly and professional counselling that helps you make the changes you want to.
Life can be really tricky sometimes and often we can’t work it out by ourselves. When you work with me I help you lay out all the ‘puzzle pieces’ of your life and then we look at the big picture, the kind of person you want to be and what needs to change or happen to get you back to being that person. Perhaps you need help finding out who that person even is.
I’ll educate you, challenge you and give you the tools you need to not only deal with your current situation but that will work in a proactive and preventative way for your future mental health and well-being as well.
I am professionally trained in Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and some creative therapies. I have a study background in clinical psychology and neuro-psychology and often use these in my work alongside psychoeducation.
