As a psychotherapist I use talk therapy, mindfulness, and other practical methods to help clients bring about personal change and overcome difficulties.

I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship between client and therapist, to provide a safe environment to discuss issues causing distress and discuss ways to bring about positive change.

With over 20 years’ experience, I work with children, adolescents, families, adults and couples, offering brief, medium to long term psychotherapy.

Since I qualified as a Psychotherapist, I have continued to develop a particular clinical interest in trauma, grief and loss, as well as treating anxiety and depression.
