About

I have extensive experience over 25 years working with individuals, couples, children and families. I work with all aspects of mental health including trauma, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss and sexuality.

Counselling can be a positive way of addressing any unresolved issues you have and can help you understand your issues better. It can also give you a better understanding of other people’s points of view. You can rely on me for a confidential, non-judgemental service.

I am approved by ACC to work with survivors of sexual abuse and by Victim Support to work with families of homicide victims. I aim to help you discuss issues honestly and openly, deal with issues that may be preventing you from achieving goals and ambitions and assist with a more positive outlook on life.
