My approach to therapy is guided primarily by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, however, I also incorporate other evidence-based therapy modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.

I work collaboratively with the client to ensure a shared understanding of their difficulties, and the learning of new skills and strategies to help move forward.
