About

I offer a warm, genuine, and non-judgmental collaborative approach. A safe space where my clients can explore their thinking and feelings and reach an understanding that will help them deal with their difficulties and find their way forward to live a fulfilled life.

Whether my clients struggle with relationship challenges, workplace matters, past or recent trauma, stress and anxiety, life transitions, physical health and more, I’m here to help.

I have a master’s degree in counselling and more than 20 years of work experience, and during therapy apply different effective and proven modalities including client-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindful Somatic Approach, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Gestalt techniques and others.

My aim is to provide my clients with personalized practical experience which will suit and meet their individual needs. I speak English and Hebrew.
