About

I have studied Counselling, Psychology and Social Work. I have been working as a Counsellor for over four years and have over ten years of experience in mental health. The focus of my professional services is on children, youth and adults presenting with issues such as anxiety, anger, life satisfaction, grief and loss, addictions, eating disorders, bullying, depression, and relationship issues. The specific modalities I most often use are the person-centred approach, cognitive-behavioural therapy, play therapy, and narrative therapy due to limited sessions and efficacy.
