As an occupational therapist I bring a holistic approach to treatment that is tailored to each person’s values and in recognition of activities that bring meaning and purpose to daily life.

I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults across various mental health settings and presenting with a wide variety of moderate to severe challenges including anxiety, low mood, emotional dysregulation, eating disorders/ARFID, and/or complex family dynamics.

I endeavour to create a safe and non-judgmental space for people’s stories to be heard.  Passion and creativity drives my commitment to providing comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of health and well-being.
