It is also an advisory service, where managers and supervisors can get help with working with one of their people.

Working with Instep EAP

Once your organisation has joined Instep EAP, we will provide you with a member login which you and your team can use.

Your team will then have access to a 24/7 online help and an 0800 helpline where they can get help from local counsellors, psychologists, therapists, and coaches.
